FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – New England Revolution midfielder Zachary Herivaux has been called in by the Haiti National Team for a pair of upcoming international matches. The Homegrown Player and Brookline, Mass. native will depart on Nov. 11 for a CONCACAF Nations League Qualifying match against Nicaragua on Saturday, Nov. 17, and for a friendly against El Salvador on Tuesday, Nov. 20.
Herivaux, 22, joins the Haiti National Team for its third of four 2019/20 CONCACAF Nations League Qualifying matches. The away match against Nicaragua will be played at the Estadio Nacional de Futbol in Managua on Nov. 17. Through the two matches, Haiti sits in second place with six points and a plus-14 goal differential, only one goal shy of matching Curacao for the top position. After four qualifying matches, the top six nations will automatically qualify for the 2019 CONCACAF Gold Cup, as well as entrance into League A for the inaugural season of the CONCACAF Nations League, set to begin with the group phase in September 2019.
Following the qualifying test, Haiti will travel to San Salvador, El Salvador for a friendly on Tuesday, Nov. 20. The match will kick off at 7:00 p.m. ET at Estadio Cuscatlán in the nation’s capital.

The third Homegrown Player signing in Revolution history, Herivaux owns five caps for his international career, including two appearances in this year’s Nations League qualifiers. He most recently started, played 88 minutes, and delivered the game-winning assist for Les Grenadiers in a 2-1 win against Saint Lucia on Oct. 16. He also came on as a substitute in Haiti’s 13-0 win against Sint Maarten to open the qualifying campaign, and previously featured in a friendly against Argentina on May 29.
For his Revolution career, Herivaux has made 18 appearances across all competitions, including 10 games played and two starts in MLS. In 2018, Herivaux set MLS career highs with five appearances and 158 minutes played, and earned his first two Starting XI nods. The four-year veteran owns two professional goals with New England, both coming in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, in which he has totaled eight games played from 2015-18.
