RECENT FORM VS. FC CINCINNATI

This will be only the fourth-ever match between the New England Revolution and FC Cincinnati, who joined MLS as an expansion side in 2019. However, this will be the second time these two Eastern foes have squared off this year.

In their latest meeting in May, the Revs took down the hosts in their brand-new digs at TQL Stadium as only the second-ever opponent to play at the new venue. New England emerged victorious in a 1-0 win thanks to a header by Adam Buksa off a free kick from Carles Gil.

FC Cincinnati sit at 13th place in the East and have gone 3-7-8 through 18 games, while coming off a scoreless draw against CF Móntreal, their third in the last four games. Cincinnati is winless in their last nine games (0-2-7). Looking at an even more recent string of matches, the Orange and Blue have only scored one goal in their last five games, going 0-1-4.

While the Revs have played three more matches than FC Cincinnati, New England has 46 points in the East, giving them a substantial 29-point lead over Cincinnati in the Eastern standings.

Saturday night's game will be in Foxborough, where the Revs have been dominant this season with the best home record in the league, going 8-1-1. The Revs will also aim to extend their red-hot form with their eight-game unbeaten run (7-0-1).

As the Revs look to continue their reign with their current 14-point lead in the East and improve their 7-point cushion atop the Supporters' Shield race, this will be a battle that you will not want to miss.

Overall Record vs. FC Cincinnati: 2-1-0

SHOW YOUR COLORS

The Revs will be sporting "The Original," New England's primary kit designed as a nod to the club's original 1996 look. The sleek white stripe across the jersey echoes the angled stripes across the '96 kit, while the blue top is complemented by red shorts similar to those worn by the Revolution's first-ever squad.
