THE BASICS

New England Revolution at D.C. United

Audi Field | Washington, D.C.

Predicted Weather: Partly sunny | High 89 | Low 71

RECENT FORM VS. D.C. UNITED

While this will be the 85th all-time meeting between the New England Revolution and D.C. United in all competitions, it will only be the second game the two teams play at Audi Field, D.C.’s new stadium that opened during the 2018 campaign.

New England and D.C. met once already this season - about seven weeks ago - when the two sides finished in a 1-1 draw at Gillette Stadium.

These squads squared off twice in the 2018 season, with the home side taking three points in each match. The Revs have struggled against D.C. in recent years, as they've won just once in their last ten meetings (1-5-4) dating back to 2015.

However, the Revs will now look to change that narrative under the leadership of sporting director and head coach Bruce Arena, who coached D.C. from 1996-98. As New England aim to extend their current unbeaten run (4-0-3) to eight games, which is now the longest active streak in MLS, this will be an Eastern Conference battle that you won't want to miss.

Overall Record vs. D.C. United: 27-34-13
Away Record vs. D.C. United: 9-24-4

Last Meeting at Gillette Stadium: Revs 1, D.C. United 1 (May 25, 2019)
Last Meeting at Audi Field.: D.C. United 2, Revs 0 (August 19, 2018)

SHOW YOUR COLORS

Break out your new kit, “The Colonial!"

The Revs will be sporting their sleek new secondary kits,  which take inspiration from uniforms the colonial generals wore in the Revolutionary War.

These jerseys sport a white front with light blue sides and sleeves, and are tied together with navy blue trim. The light blue sides continue to cover the back of the jersey, topped near the neckline with the classic image of the Flag of New England.

You can own "The Colonial" by visiting the Gillette Stadium Pro Shop, or clicking HERE.
