RECENT FORM VS. PHILADELPHIA UNION
The New England Revolution and Philadelphia Union have already met four times this year – a trio of regular-season battles plus a showdown at the MLS is Back Tournament – and now they'll square off for a fifth time at Subaru Park on Decision Day. In their four previous meetings, the Revs have gone 0-3-1. However, each battle the Revs lost was extremely close, with Philly only winning by one goal.
Most recently these two sides met just over two weeks ago, as Philadelphia took down New England at Gillette Stadium, 2-1. Dating back to 2015, the Revs have won just once in their past 13 regular-season matches against the Union (1-9-3).
Philly is coming off a 2-1 loss to Columbus Crew SC, which snapped a six-game unbeaten run for the Union (5-0-1). Meanwhile, the Revs head to Subaru Park after a thrilling, come-from-behind 4-3 victory at home over D.C. United.
There will be a lot on the line for both sides when New England square off at Philly on Decision Day. The Revs currently sit at 6th place in the East and they would maintain that position with a win or draw, avoiding the play-in round of the postseason in the process. This would be extremely valuable to New England because it would give the team a few extra days to rest and prepare for their first playoff opponent. However, Philly will be extremely hungry for a win over the Revs, as they are fighting to lock up the Supporters’ Shield to finish atop the league.
With such high stakes for both teams in the regular-season finale, this will be a game that you won't want to miss.
Overall Record vs. Philadelphia: 6-16-6
Road Record vs. Philadelphia 3-10-2
Last Meeting at Gillette Stadium: Union 2, Revs 1 (October 19, 2020)
Last Meeting at Subaru Park: Union 2, Revs 1 (September 12, 2020)

Break out “The Colonial!"
The Revs will be sporting their sleek secondary kits, which take inspiration from uniforms the colonial generals wore in the Revolutionary War.
These jerseys sport a white front with light blue sides and sleeves, and are tied together with navy blue trim. The light blue sides continue to cover the back of the jersey, topped near the neckline with the classic image of the Flag of New England.
You can own "The Colonial" by visiting the Gillette Stadium Pro Shop, or clicking HERE.
