FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (Dec. 20, 2023) – Major League Soccer today announced the 2024 MLS regular season schedule including the New England Revolution’s complete 34-game slate for the upcoming campaign, its first under newly installed Head Coach Caleb Porter. After beginning the Concacaf Champions Cup campaign on Feb. 21, the Revolution will open the 2024 MLS season on the road at D.C. United on Saturday, Feb. 24 (7:30 p.m. ET). New England’s MLS home opener is scheduled for Sunday, March 3 vs. Toronto FC (2:00 p.m. ET), after the club’s home match in Champions Cup on Thursday, Feb. 29 (8:15 p.m. ET).
New England’s MLS schedule features six matches against Western Conference opponents and two contests against each of the other 14 teams in the Eastern Conference. The home calendar is punctuated by several marquee matchups including an early season meeting with 2023 Supporters’ Shield winners FC Cincinnati on Sunday, March 17 (2:00 p.m.), a bout with reigning MLS Cup champions Columbus Crew SC on Saturday, June 29 (7:30 p.m.), and a home contest against Leagues Cup 2023 winners Inter Miami CF on Saturday, April 27 (7:30 p.m. ET), when Revolution captain and 2021 MLS MVP Carles Gil will look to best Inter Miami and its own catalyst Lionel Messi in the teams’ first meeting since the latter’s arrival stateside.

98.5 The Sports Hub (WBZ-FM) will return for a 15th season as the Revolution’s flagship radio station and will bring all 34-game home games to local listeners. For any match at Gillette Stadium, fans watching along at home can select the Revolution’s radio call as an audio option within MLS season pass. In addition, 1260 AM Nossa Radio is set to return as the club’s Portuguese-language radio partner.
The 2024 Revolution Preseason officially begins on Saturday, January 13 when the team will convene at the Revolution Training Center in Foxborough for entrance physicals and testing, before kicking off preseason training the week of January 15. On Sunday, Jan. 21, New England will head south to IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla. for multiple weeks of preseason training and friendlies ahead of the team’s first competitive match of the 2024 season in Concacaf Champions Cup on Feb. 21. The full slate of preseason friendlies and a media schedule for the first week of training in Foxborough will be announced at a later date.

2024 Concacaf Champions Cup action begins for the Revolution with a Round One away match at Club Atlético Independiente on Wednesday, February 21 (8:00 p.m. ET). New England hosts the return leg of the two-game series at Gillette Stadium on Thursday, February 29 (8:15 p.m. ET). CA Independiente, the three-time defending champions of Panama’s topflight, will host the opening contest at Estadio Agustín “Muquita” Sánchez in La Chorrera, Panama. The winner of the series will advance to the Round of 16 to face LD Alajuelense on Wednesday, March 6 (Leg 1) and Thursday, March 14 (Leg 2). Leagues Cup 2024 will once again see every MLS and LIGA MX club pause their respective league seasons to compete in a month-long tournament kicking off Friday, July 26 with the tournament final on Sunday, August 25. The 2024 MLS regular season will pause following the July 20 matches and is slated to resume on Aug. 24 for all clubs except those participating in the final rounds of Leagues Cup. The tournament will feature 47 clubs competing in the World Cup-style format for three opportunities to automatically qualify for the 2025 Concacaf Champions Cup.
The 2024 MLS All-Star Game presented by Target is set for Wednesday, July 24 at Lower.com Field, home of the Columbus Crew, and will be free to watch on MLS Season Pass.
MLS Decision Day 2024, the final day of the MLS regular season will see 28 of the 29 MLS teams face intra-conference opponents with simultaneous kickoffs as they battle for playoff spots and seeding. The Revolution will visit Inter Miami CF on Saturday, October 19 at DRV PNK Stadium (6:00 p.m. ET) to close the regular season.
2024 MLS Cup presented by Audi, Major League Soccer’s championship match, is scheduled for Saturday, December 7, with hosting rights awarded to the competing team with the better regular season record.
