FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution (5-8-5, 20 pts.) extended the club's unbeaten run to six games with a dramatic 2-1 win against the Houston Dynamo (7-6-3, 24 pts.) at Gillette Stadium on Saturday evening. Revolution forward Teal Bunbury scored the game-winning goal in second-half stoppage time, capping off New England's first come-from-behind victory of the season. Houston jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the 25^th minute thanks to a goal from Darwin Cerén, before New England's Antonio Delamea opened his 2019 account with the equalizing goal on the other side of halftime.

Bunbury's goal is his fourth in New England's last five games across all competitions. Three of those goals were game winners, including tonight's contest and the team's 2-1 away win on June 2 at LA Galaxy. Cristian Penilla registered the assist on Bunbury's goal, giving him three on the season – all of which have come in the club's last six MLS games. Juan Fernando Caicedo also tallied a secondary assist on the goal.

The Revolution's starting lineup saw six changes from Wednesday's 1-1 draw against Philadelphia, including Homegrown Player Justin Rennicks slotting in for his first professional start. Rennicks, a native of South Hamilton, Mass., U.S. Youth International, and former Revolution Academy standout, recorded one shot and 23 touches across 60 minutes of action.

Also among Bruce Arena's lineup changes were Antonio Delamea and Diego Fagundez, who combined for the game-tying goal in the 54^thminute. Delamea, making his sixth start of the season, submitted his second career MLS goal, while Fagundez was credited with his first assist of the season. In net, goalkeeper Matt Turner got the start following his return from suspension and made five saves, bringing his record to 2-1-1 on the season.

New England's Unbeaten Streak Reaches Six Games

·New England extended its unbeaten run in MLS play to six games with tonight's win (3-0-3).

·The club's six-game undefeated streak is its longest since a seven-game run in 2018, when it posted a 2-0-5 mark from May 26 to July 7.

·The Revolution's six-game streak is tied with Vancouver Whitecaps FC for the second-longest active unbeaten run in MLS, behind only Colorado (seven games), who the Revs face this Thursday.

Bunbury Bags Game-Winning Goal in Stoppage Time

·Forward Teal Bunbury scored the game-winning goal in the 91^st minute of tonight's match, marking the second time in New England's last three league games he has found the game winner. Across all competitions, he has scored four times in the Revolution's last five games.

·Bunbury also scored the game-winning goal in New England's U.S. Open Cup Fourth Round win on June 11 at New York.

·Bunbury's 91^st-minute goal is the latest goal for New England since Chris Tierney scored the game-winning goal on a free kick on March 10, 2018 vs. Colorado.

·The 10^th-year MLS veteran is now one goal shy of the 50-goal threshold for his MLS regular season career, as 30 of his 49 career goals have come with New England.

Revolution Academy Product Rennicks Makes First Career Start

·Revolution Academy product Justin Rennicks made his first professional start and played 60 minutes, recording one shot, one tackle, and 23 touches. A native of South Hamilton, Mass., Rennicks previously made his MLS debut as a substitute on March 9 vs. Columbus.

·The U.S. Youth international recently featured at the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland, where he scored one goal, the game-winning tally over France in the Quarterfinals, in four appearances.

·Rennicks signed a Homegrown Player contract with the Revolution in January after more than four years with the club's academy, and two additional seasons at Indiana University. A two-time UnitedHealthcare Academy Player of the Year, he recorded 38 goals and 25 assists in more than 100 appearances across all levels of the Revolution Academy.

Delamea Opens 2019 Account with Game-Tying Goal

·Defender Antonio Delamea opened his 2019 account in the 54^th minute, when he headed in a corner kick from Diego Fagundez to knot the game at 1-1.

·Delamea played all 90 minutes in his sixth start of the season – and first since May 8 at Chicago. He recorded three shots, one tackle, and completed 85.7 percent of his passes.

·The goal was the second of Delamea's MLS career. Across three seasons with New England, he owns 53 appearances, all starts, with two goals and two assists across 4,603 minutes played.
