FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution have re-called midfielder Gabe Latigue and defender Tyler Polak from the team’s USL PRO affiliate, the Rochester Rhinos, ahead of Wednesday’s U.S. Open Cup fourth-round match against the New York Red Bulls. Latigue and Polak will train with New England today and Tuesday, ahead of Wednesday’s match, before returning to Rochester on Thursday, June 13.
The Revolution will kick off against the Red Bulls at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Harvard University’s Soldier Field Soccer Stadium in Boston. A limited-number of $10 general-admission tickets, which can be purchased HERE, remain for the event.
Latigue and Polak both appeared for the Revs in the team’s 5-1 victory over the Rhinos in the third round of the U.S. Open Cup on May 28 in Rochester. Latigue started and played 90 minutes at right back, while Polak entered in the 33rd minute and played the rest of the game at left back.
