RECENT FORM VS. PHILADELPHIA UNION
The New England Revolution and Philadelphia Union will meet on Wednesday for the second and final time this season.
Most recently the Revs fell to Philly at Talen Energy Stadium, 6-1, in early May. Since then, New England have made a plethora of changes, highlighted by the hiring of sporting director and head coach Bruce Arena. Those changes have helped fuel New England's current four-game unbeaten run in league play (2-0-2).
Looking back, the Revs have won just once in their past nine matches against the Union, including losses in two of the last three meetings in Foxborough. However, the Revs will look to turn the tables on this Eastern Conference foe at Gillette Stadium under the new leadership of Arena.
Overall Record vs. Philadelphia Union: 6-14-4
Home Record vs. Philadelphia Union: 3-5-2
Last Meeting at Gillette Stadium: Union 3, Revs 2 (August 11, 2018)
Last Meeting at Talen Energy Stadium: Union 6, Revs 1 (May 4, 2019)
