FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – For the U.S. Men’s National Team, the mission is #Get3GetThru.

Following last Friday’s dominant 4-0 win over Panama, the USMNT know that a win on Tuesday night at Trinidad & Tobago will send them to next summer’s World Cup in Russia, while a draw would also likely be enough considering a hefty advantage over Panama and Honduras on goal difference.

A loss, however, could drop the Americans into a two-legged playoff against Australia, or potentially even out of the World Cup altogether for the first time since 1986.

Juan Agudelo, who has registered three goals in 26 appearances with the U.S. National Team and hoisted the CONCACAF Gold Cup trophy this past summer, will hope to play a part after he was left off the match-day roster for the USMNT’s convincing win over Panama late last week.

Kelyn Rowe, who was also a member of that Gold Cup squad and who has designs on going to Russia next summer, will be watching intently from home as he recovers from a right knee sprain.

“I think everyone’s going to be watching; it’s a huge game. Not just for the U.S., but around the world, I think a lot of people are very interested in it,” said Rowe. “It’s going to be a very interesting game and we’re hoping that Juan gets some time.”
