RECENT FORM VS. ORLANDO CITY SC
While this will be just the 11th regular-season meeting between the New England Revolution and Orlando City SC since the Lions joined MLS as an expansion side in 2015, it will be the third time these two teams have done battle this season.
The Revs most recently rolled to a 4-1 victory at Gillette Stadium in late July, when the hosts dominated on both sides of the field by converting two-thirds of their shots on target and with goalkeeper Matt Turner making seven saves. The win kept the Revs unbeaten in their five all-time meetings with Orlando at Gillette Stadium (4-0-1).
Their other 2019 meeting was in the U.S. Open Cup at Exploria Stadium, where the Lions knocked the Revs out in the Round of 16 with a 2-1 win in extra time. New England are still in search of their first win in Orlando (0-2-3 in the regular season), and will look to accomplish the task this weekend.
The stakes are high this Saturday, as these teams straddle the playoff line only four points apart. The 7th-place Revs sit at 39 points in the East, while the Lions are at 9th place at 35. With a big six-point swing on the line, this is a battle that you won't want to miss.
Overall Record vs. Orlando: 4-2-4
Away Record vs. Orlando: 0-2-3
Last meeting at Gillette Stadium: Revs 4, Orlando 1 (July 27, 2019)
Last meeting at Exploria Stadium: Orlando 2, Revs 1 (AET) (June 19, 2019 in U.S. Open Cup)

Break out your new kit, “The Colonial!"
The Revs will be sporting their sleek secondary kits, which take inspiration from uniforms the colonial generals wore in the Revolutionary War.
These jerseys sport a white front with light blue sides and sleeves, and are tied together with navy blue trim. The light blue sides continue to cover the back of the jersey, topped near the neckline with the classic image of the Flag of New England.
You can own "The Colonial" by visiting the Gillette Stadium ProShop, or clicking HERE.
