RECENT FORM VS. INTER MIAMI CF
There has been absolutely nothing to separate the Revs and Inter Miami since the latter entered MLS as an expansion team in 2020, with both teams winning three of the six all-time meetings. Homefield advantage has been the deciding factor the past two years, with the Revs winning the last two showdowns at Gillette Stadium, and Miami claiming the last two encounters in south Florida. Their most recent meeting was June 10 of last year, when Carles Gil, Matt Polster, and Bobby Wood were on the scoresheet in New England's comfortable 3-1 victory.
The Revs will be hoping to get a boost from a sellout crowd on Saturday night in Foxborough - expecting to set a single-game attendance record in the process - as their difficult start to the league campaign continued last weekend with a 1-0 loss at Toronto FC despite a second-half penalty save from goalkeeper Henrich Ravas. New England's biggest struggles have been in the attacking third as they've managed just five goals through eight games, well below their expected goals total of 11.51 based on the quality of chances created.
Miami have had no such trouble scoring, as this weekend's visitors lead the league with 22 goals scored through 10 games, led by the seven goals and six assists of Lionel Messi. Tata Martino's side enters the weekend atop the Supporters' Shield standings, though they are the only team in the league to have played 10 games, tied on points with the LA Galaxy, who have a game in hand. The Herons will also arrive in Foxborough on a decent run of form, going 2-0-2 in their last four games.
After playing back-to-back games on the road, Saturday's game marks a brief return to Gillette Stadium for the Revs, who'll be back on the road for their next two games against Chicago Fire FC and the New York Red Bulls.
Overall Record vs. Inter Miami: 3-3-0
Home Record vs. Inter Miami: 2-1-0
Last meeting at Gillette Stadium: Revs 3, Inter Miami 1 (June 10, 2023)
Last meeting at Chase Stadium: Inter Miami 2, Revs 1 (May 13, 2023)

Saturday night the Revolution will be wearing the "Boston Tea Party" kit, which will serve as the club's primary uniform for the 2024 and 2025 MLS seasons.
Inspired by Boston's proud history of positive defiance, the kit commemorates the recent 250th anniversary of the Boston Tea Party in December 1773. The shirt design is highlighted by red and white vertical waves on the jersey's front, which represent the ripples in the Boston Harbor made by East India Training Company's tea creates as the American revolutionaries emptied 45 tons of tea into the water.
The navy jersey features red shoulders with three white stripes, a throwback to earlier Revolution jerseys, paired with navy shorts and navy socks, featuring red and white striping on top.
